Part 1 – The Setbacks
Content Warning: This post discusses emotionally heavy themes, including emotional abuse, gaslighting, …

Welcome

I’m glad you’re here.

This space is where I share stories drawn from my lived experience — the emotional truth of what it feels like to move through relational imbalance, spiritual dissonance, awakening, and healing. But the form I use to tell those truths is a fictionalized memoir.

The emotional experiences and themes in my writing come from my real life. The details, however — names, identities, timelines, locations, and circumstances — have been altered, obscured, or combined. The heart of the story is true.

These writings are not meant to:

  • diagnose, label, or describe any real person
  • portray actual individuals or events
  • offer professional, psychological, or medical advice

Any resemblance to real people is coincidental or intentionally obscured.

They are meant to:

  • illuminate relational patterns that can occur in emotionally imbalanced or narcissistic dynamics
  • explore the lived experience of confusion, awakening, and self‑reclamation
  • offer language for experiences many women struggle to name
  • support healing, awareness, and self‑recognition

My intention is not identification — it is insight.

Many women move through relationships where emotional imbalance, manipulation, or spiritual distortion leaves them doubting their own reality. These patterns are often subtle, cumulative, and hard to articulate.

Some posts explore heavy themes — emotional abuse, gaslighting, spiritual conflict, and the aftermath of relational harm. You’ll see a Content Warning at the top of those posts so you can choose how and when to engage.

Please honor your pace. Pause when you need to. Your nervous system gets to lead.

If you’ve ever felt confused, dismissed, spiritually tangled, or emotionally drained in a relationship, I hope these stories help you feel less alone.

I hope they give you language. I hope they give you clarity. I hope they give you back to yourself.
